1st grade

Virginia Martinez

I have 9 years of experience in Education. This is my 9th year at Lowery Road and I have taught 2nd through 5th grade. This is my first year in 1st grade! 

I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies & Bilingual Certified EC - 6th grade. I graduated from the University of Texas in Arlington in 2016.

I’m passionate about my family and faith. I love to read and love all things Science. Rock collecting is my favorite hobby. 

I was a student in FWISD and graduated from Paschal High School in 2006. I love being part of the community that encouraged me to pursue my career in teaching. 

 

Danielle Nordskog

I have taught at Lowery Road Elementary School for 20 years in 1st, 2nd and 3rd Grade. I serve as the 1st Grade lead teacher. I have also served as the lead literacy teacher.  I served on the Board of advisors at Arlington Baptist College for their Education Department. 

I attended Arlington Baptist College where I received a Bachelors of Science in Early Childhood Education in 2003 and a Masters in Curriculum and Instruction in 2013. 

I am passionate about my family, church and school.
