I have 10 years of teaching experience. I earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Art Studies at University of North Texas.

I enjoy printmaking, sewing, and gardening.

I want everyone to know I want to help save the planet!

I have taught Elementary Music, Middle and High School Vocal, Middle and High School Band, High School Musical Theatre, and High School AP Theory. I was Campus Teacher of the Year, DSO Music Teacher of the Year Finalist, CEDFA Resilient Teacher of the Year, a Presenter locally, districts, state, and national associations, and US Army and Trainee of the Cycle Fort Jackson.

I graduated from Ball State University and earned a B.S. in Music Education and at Texas Women's University earned an M.Ed. Master of Education in Administrative Leadership. I also have a Kodaly Certification, Orff Certification, and     Capturing Kids Hearts Certification.

My passion is making music together as a community!

FWISD Fine Arts Dept has so many opportunities for our Lowery Road Leopards to roar!

Every person matters and you are important in your walk and space.

I love our Lowery Road students and love to make music with them...they are my favorite musicians!
